Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ankidu Training, we are committed to providing high-quality professional development. To ensure clarity for our clients and the smooth operation of our courses, the following policy applies to all registrations.

1. Classroom & Live Online Courses

For instructor-led training (Physical or Live Virtual), the following refund schedule applies based on the cancellation date:

• More than 14 days before start date: 100% Refund (Minus 5% admin/bank fees)
• 7 to 14 days before start date: 75% Refund
• Less than 7 days before start date: 50% Refund.
• After course start / No Show: No Refund

2. Recorded Digital Content and Online Courses

• Due to the nature of digital assets, once access to the recorded material or Learning Management System (LMS) has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
• In case of a verified technical issue from our side that prevents access, a full refund or technical resolution will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Ankidu Training

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation by us, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available session.

4. Processing of Refunds

• Method: All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method..
• Timeline: Please allow 30 to 60 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
